Mariveles Sangguniang Bayan (SB) immediately acted on scarce water supply complaint of consumers in Barangay Baseco.

Acting Vice Mayor Ronald Arcenal and chairman of SB Committee on Public Utilities and Facilities called for the committee meeting in response to the letter of Palao Homeowners Association president Elena Baluyot.

Arcenal invited officials of Mariveles Water District (Mariwad) who addressed the concerns of the complainants during said committee meeting. Mariwad assured to improve the water supply in the area. Arcenal thanked the homeowners association officers and local water district for participating in the committee meeting.
